Happiness comes in different ways for each person, but that does not mean that their search is a totally individual task, that it must be done alone.

In fact, it is very common for inspiration and the example of other people to motivate us and help us to get involved in activities and ways of living capable of making us happy. Y in this sense, the project "Bicheando para ser Feliz" is very interesting. Today we speak with the person who organizes it, Lidia Dols, creator of Gurumind.

Interview with Lidia Dols: this is the project "Bicheando para ser Feliz"

Lidia Dols is the creator of Gurumind, a project from which an interesting mobile app has emerged full of meditation and Mindfulness content. In addition, she offers face-to-face and online training courses, and she is currently preparing the following initiative of hers: "Bicheando para ser Feliz". In this interview she tells us about this informative project.

What exactly is "Whispering to be Happy"?

instagram story viewer

It is a project that was born with the illusion of sharing: teachings, methods, techniques, exercises and tricks that help us improve our quality of life.

A space where we can find inspiration to be happier in our day to day life and to be able to develop different perspectives on daily situations and life itself.

Within the project there will also be a space for interviews with people who have dedicated themselves to well-being: meditators, coaches, psychologists, philosophers... which have achieved success in their lives and will share the odd “secret” with us.

By the way, "bichear", according to the RAE is: look for something with special interest.

What kind of interviews or insights does the project offer? What are the characteristics of these?

They are interviews that will last a maximum of 10 minutes, and in which we will always ask the same three questions to our guest in what I have called "The Curious Corner".

The first is: "What led or motivated you to go down the path of self-awareness?" The second: "To what extent has this action changed your life?" And the third and my favorite, is that we ask you for three tips.

It is a short interview in which they speak plainly, with the common interest of being able to share experiences lived in a small space of time and that can serve as inspiration to other people. It is a close format and without superfluous ornaments.

How did the idea of conducting this series of interviews come about?

Honestly, because I believe that we are living through very difficult times globally and in very different aspects. I think it takes a lot of positive energy, without this sounding too "herbal".

The fact of being able to contribute the experience of other people who bet on being nonconformists and look for other ways of living and feeling life to transform their own, can be a motivation for people who decide to start acting in a different way to enhance their own happiness. Think that the human being, innately, wants to be happy.

Why did you decide to choose the short interview format?

Today we are used to doing everything at tremendous speed... We "bug" the Internet at lightning speed. There we look for everything: cars, recipes, carpentry tricks... When something interests us, we already delve into it, otherwise, we quickly turn the page!

That's where the idea came from. I thought that we should tell the story with concentrated content, in the shortest time possible, so that we would give it a chance to listen to it in its entirety.

How will the interviews be disseminated? Will they be accessible only by users of the Gurumind app?

We will send them first to Gurumind subscribers and then through the Gurumind networks and personal networks: lidia_dols on Facebook and Instagram and Lidia Dols on Linkedin and YouTube.
