The focus of my work as a psychologist and personal advisor covers in a unified way the three great centers of human action; Mind, Heart and Body. I believe that the relational approach to these three aspects of our existence and our identity facilitates change, awareness and personal transformation. Although I deeply respect all orientations and approaches, I do not blindly believe in techniques or schools. In my experience I have realized that "Orthodoxy, on many occasions, generates Orthopedics". What really helps something work is the presence and awareness from which one applies and practices it. In this sense, I position myself more within the field of experiential and phenomenological therapies, a very Socratic approach that facilitates transformation processes that follow a direction from within to outside.

My specialty is fundamentally related to existential search, living a meaningful life, so-called psychosomatic illnesses and stress management training. I have accompanied thousands of processes of change and transformation and approach the different situations that human beings experience from a broad, comprehensive and transcendent approach. I am specialized in psychophysiological coherence techniques, experiential therapies and I have created tools and support systems such as Indanza and techniques of attention focused on the heart.

Science, philosophy, spirituality and art converge in me, but not as watertight compartments but as fields of knowledge. valid, each one within their sphere, without the need to polarize them but to unify them within the only place where they can be unified, that is, ONE SAME. In addition to the helping relationship, I am also a musician, singer-songwriter, writer and entrepreneur... something like a Renaissance being.
