Hello, I am Isabel, a psychologist and an expert in art therapy. Currently I only work online. I have 5 years of experience working therapeutically in Spain and the UK. Sometimes it is difficult to find the words that describe how you are feeling, the emotions that you are experiencing. Through the online sessions, I invite you to use creativity as a means of exploring these emotions and current challenges that are hindering or slowing down your well-being. I am Alba, I have a degree in Psychology from the University of Almería and I have a Master's Degree in Third Generation Therapies and a Master's Degree in General Health Psychology. I have extensive experience after having worked in a project of social, psychological and rehabilitative care for people with disabilities in Andalusia through Cocemfe, where I have provided psychological service to different associations such as Aema, Verdiblanca, Asocodi, VerdeOlula, Amcal and Virgen del Rio, attending individually to adults and adolescents with different problems, in addition to the development and implementation of workshops on different topics adjusted to the needs of the group with which they work. I have also worked as a psychologist in a project to promote personal autonomy in people with disabilities at the Center for severely affected people through Cocemfe. All this I have always combined with psychological care at a private level to a greater extent for adolescents and adults with different problems, the most common being anxiety disorders, depression, relationship problems, social phobia, self-esteem, mood or personality disorders.
