I am a licensed General Health Psychologist, clinical psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in Perinatal Psychology and Trauma. I have been working as a psychotherapist for more than 20 years. EMDR Clinic by EMDR Europe. Collegiate No. 12,327 (COPC). Master's degree in clinical and health psychology. Co-founder and honorary member of the Spanish Association of Perinatal Psychology. Although my basic training is cognitive-behavioral, I work from an integrative perspective, I adapt to the needs of each person, contemplating the person from a bio-psycho-social perspective, with a gender and feminist. I use processing therapies for trauma healing and emphasize attachment theory, Porges' Polyvagal theory and information processing theory, based on the neuroscience. I am passionate about my profession, I continue studying, training and updating my knowledge, I receive professional supervision from one of my mentors and I take my work very seriously, always keeping in mind that having people's mental health in my hands is a great responsibility.
