I am a psychologist, executive coach and team coach. I have developed my professional career in the organizational field in the Human Resources area, with the aim of valuing the contribution of each person from their differences, to complement the work teams and achieve results through creating relationships based on TRUST and COMMITMENT. As a professional coach, I am dedicated to making the leaders of organizations aware of the importance of promoting these same aspects, to empower teams and promote their own self-regulation, in order to generate sustainable rhythms that enhance in a balanced way both the results, as well as the people and their relations. I have been a referee for the Spanish Football Federation and I have learned many keys of high-performance teams under pressure, which I transfer in my perspective of coaching, accompanying the learning of professionals who want to improve in the context of a team that challenges itself to exceed its results and to learn a lot from its mistakes.
