I have years of experience in this beautiful profession, and every day I reaffirm the idea that each person is unique and that is why I am in continuous learning. Human beings have a body and a mind, we dedicate time to the body every day, because since we were children they teach us to take care of it, but... and the mind? How much time do we spend taking care of our mind? The mind, our mind, is a great unknown to most, and that is why it is not given the care it deserves. Psychology not only deals with the sick mind, psychology deals with the mind, healthy and sick. If you want to know how the mind works, your mind. If you want to know your personality, why do you think and act that way, if you think your emotions make you feel bad, if you want to know your personality to improve in the different aspects of your lifetime... think no more.. do it now.
