I am Verónica, passionate about psychology and helping people through it, so I trained and specialized in clinical practice. I am always in continuous training since I consider that psychology changes and evolves as society evolves and we must adapt to it in order to offer the most complete help.

I work with teenagers and adults alike, I can't stay away from working with adults because I love it, but sometimes I lean more towards the problems that arise in adolescence, since it is a beautiful stage full of changes in which the adolescent often feels lost and I like to work hand in hand with them and to see first-line those positive changes that will be reflected in adult life.

I consider that each person is different from the others and that, therefore, they have different needs. In this sense, the therapy I carry out is individualized, adjusting to the needs and characteristics of each person, since although a The problem in apparition is very similar to another, it will affect each person differently, and I understand that this is how we must face it, in a personalized.
