Hello! How are you? I am Jaz and I dedicate myself to psychotherapy because it is my vocation. For this reason, after receiving myself at the University, I continued to train permanently to be able to have a more comprehensive and complete vision of people. I specialized in Adult Psychotherapy, Gender Perspective and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My vision of people is absolutely comprehensive and with empathic listening. The sessions with me are dynamic and I consider that it is much more enriching when the work consists of a round trip between patient and therapist.

I really appreciate that the therapeutic space is one of warmth and empathy. I use tools from different approaches, with the aim of adapting them to each person, their needs and requirements at each moment of the process. I encourage the therapeutic relationship to be one of comfort and trust.

I consider myself a therapist committed to my work, which is why I am continually updating my knowledge. For this reason, I specialized in different approaches and topics, so that the consultation is as comprehensive as possible. The sessions are usually quite dynamic and my goal is that in addition to being enriching, they are through a round trip between the two!
