My name is Andrés Cohen, I am 29 years old. I have a degree in Psychology from the University of the Republic (Uruguay). I have a master's degree in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy and another in Clinical and Health Psychology, both from ISEP University (Spain).

As a psychotherapist, I work exclusively online. Living abroad, this allows me to practice my profession from anywhere. In relation to my psychological orientation, I work with a behavioral therapy approach. The main objective is to help you live a satisfying life, in relation to your values, learning a healthier way to relate to your thoughts and emotions.

I specialize in addressing the mental health effects of new factors in today's world, such as lifestyles affected by COVID-19 pandemic, new technologies (such as social networks), and other variables that have meant notable changes in the lifestyles of the persons.
