I am Raquel Turull, I have a degree in Psychology with authorization as a General Health Psychologist and Psychotherapist. I trained as a psychotherapist in Postgraduate training, completing a Master's Degree in Integrative Transactional Analysis (CEP Eric Berne), Master in Serious Mental Disorder (UB) and Postgraduate Course in Mental Health Groups (Fundación Vidal y Barraquer). She has been working as a psychologist in a public mental health rehabilitation center for 18 years, treating diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, OCD, etc. In the private practice I also treat adaptive disorders due to crises in the life cycle (changes, losses, duels...) and I offer treatment for stress and anxiety. I also accompany in decision-making processes and personal growth.

My basic training is in cognitive behavioral psychology, from which I apply many tools. My work approach is based on Humanism, and my frame of reference is Integrative Transactional Analysis, also using NLP and Gestalt techniques.

I consider myself a professional with a close relationship and I take great care in protecting the relationship with my clients. My position in the therapeutic relationship is based on unconditional acceptance and deep respect for diverse individual experiences, from which the client decides which aspects he wants to work on to improve his relationship with himself, with others and with the vision of the lifetime.
