Psychologist Montse Vila Griñon (Seva)
I am Montse, General Health Psychologist. I believe in a therapeutic model in which the psychologist and the client are placed as equals, forgetting the old corsets where the psychologist was the expert in the patient's life; in a model of professional and close accompaniment, where the expert in his own life is the person who consults, and My job is to accompany you in your process and provide you with tools that can be valid beyond therapy. My approach is humanistic, focused on the importance of the inner world of each person and giving it the place it deserves. I work from an approach in which I give importance to the emotional and unconscious world. I attend to EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT problems that may affect day-to-day life (anxiety, anger management, stress, depression, etc.), and the different areas of the person (family, relational, work, couple sphere, internal conflicts, etc.), GRIEF AND LOSS, SEPARATION AND DIVORCE PROCESSES and TRAUMA.
Specialized in Emotional Management, Accompaniment Therapy in grief, Trauma and Hypnosis. MAIN TRAININGS: - Postgraduate as Expert in Dueling (VEIE). - Postgraduate Emotional Intelligence (Girona University). - Expert in EMDR. - Certified in Grief Therapy - Portland Institute. - Course on parental separation, custody and attachment in early childhood (European Institute for Perinatal Mental Health). - Emotional Liberation Techniques, Trauma and Brain Reprocessing (Institut Gestalt). - Trained in Hypnosis and P.N.L (Spanish Association of Classical and Ericksonian Hypnosis).
Since I was little I felt the need to know people in more depth and help them from my humble position. At the age of 16 I was clear about my vocation and since then I have not stopped working and training to be a better companion in each personal process. I offer a space for listening, not judgment, an oasis where the person finds the place they deserve, in their lives and in the world around them. I do not believe in diagnoses or labels, I believe in each personal world and see what each difficulty or symptom means for the person.
