I am Jeferson, I will be pleased to be able to carry out a process in which we build a space whose main objective is your well-being. I count on all the disposition to accompany you in the construction of strategies that allow a recognition of your skills to later enhance them for the development of your own be; Together we will validate situations that generate discomfort, and likewise, we will visualize alternatives that are aimed at your well-being. Today I am a Master in Clinical and Family Psychology and I have more than 7 years of experience in therapeutic intervention at the individual, family and psychosocial level, developing in various contexts and with varied populations.

I develop from the relational systemic approach, allowing myself from a constructivist perspective the recognition of your own reality, and likewise, of the relational dynamics that are immersed in the very conception of your world. I have generally worked with adolescents and young adults, involving social, family and couple systems; taking into account realities and problems such as self-recognition, self-esteem, emotional problems, coping strategies, anxiety, depression, family and relational difficulties, among others.

Now, speaking of my strengths, I consider that the ability to connect and recognize the other is fundamental in construction of the therapeutic space, generating an authentic connection with the reality and needs of the other; which allows the development of a genuine therapist-consultant team that enables the processes of change.
