He then manages to give life to a huge creature, animated by means of electrical impulses. To see that his experiment was right, or a very satisfied scientist, but then he soon realized that he had gotten involved.

As a fearful giant and horrendous creature, he becomes angry and abandons. The monster from the laboratory taking the doctor's diaries and going to a forest, where he also finds a baggage with clothes and books.

He happens to live in a nearby cabin of a French family. These people inspire me, by means of observation, he learns to read and speak.

After some time, take courage and get in touch with the family, hoping that they or acolham, because of the sadness and solidarity they were great.

Meanwhile, the terrified family is ejected or expelled. From that moment on, the creature develops an intense hatred for humanity and seeks every custo to take revenge on its creator.

O monstro, knowing that Victor's family lived in Genebra, vai até lá e, for vingança, mata o irmão mais novo de Victor. The blame fell on Justine, a family bride, who is sentenced to death.

Victor intuited that either he was responsible for the crime or he was monster and he went to procure it. Do you think you found me or monster fala about the reason for your revolt. He asks that the scientist raise a companion for him, a creature that can accompany him and that has no fear or rejection.

Victor refuses, but the creature threatens to kill the people because the scientist appreciates me. The doctor still agrees and mounts a female figure for the monster, but before giving him life, he destroyed his new invention, in order to give rise to a race of horrifying and dangerous creatures.

So the creature came more than once, killing the best friend and the girlfriend of the scientist and fleeing to the Arctic. Victor, devastated and comraiva, goes on to persecute him and vai até or Ártico também.

It is at this moment that the scientist finds Robert Walton's ship and begins to tell what happened. Victor is already weakened and ends up dying.

The creature manages to enter the ship and meets its breeder without life. Same with a bloodthirsty spirit, or monstro tinha emoções, or what a face that feels deeply to the loss of his "pai".

Or be it said to Captain Walton that life is no longer worth living and that it will lead to a great fire, shooting at it and ending its existence forever.

Considerations and comments

rise of frankenstein

This famous story was born in Switzerland, when Mary and her boyfriend Percy Shelley spent the night in the company of other writers and important personalities.

Or the house where we were staying was the icon of romanticism, Lord Byron. Another writer who was also present was John Polidori, the first to write a vampire story, which would later influence the creation of dracula.

The weather in those months was terrible and the group was forced to stay in the residence for several days. Assim, we will create a competition of "ghost stories", which will be presented later.

It is in this context that he is born frankenstein, at first as story, and later transformed into romance.

Why is it an alternative title? Modern Prometheus?

in greek mythology, I promised I was a titã who defied you deuses and delivered for humanity or sacred fire. Assim, he was terribly punished by Zeus, remaining for generations at the top of a mountain and having his liver devoured by an eagle every day.

Mary Shelley thus relates the figure of Prometheus to the scientist Victor Frankeinstein, who, as an aunt, used to challenge the divine or discover how to generate life by artificial means.

I burned the real monster of Frankenstein?

Although we all know the creature of the story by Frankenstein, in truth, we do not have a name. Frankenstein is the name of the doctor who created and that, after his success with his invention, he perceives that, in truth, he had been inconsistent and had no or less control over the creature.

Assim, terrified, abandons or be à própria sorte, exempting himself from all and any responsibility, or leaving a creature helpless and lonely, contributing to his revolt and headquarters of vingança.

Therefore, here is a paradox, in that we can also consider Victor Frankeinstein as a "monster", due to his selfishness and cruelty.

Some interpretations also point out that either romance places or breeder and the creature as two faces gives the same money. It would be like the invention of Victor Fosse, in reality, a shadowy part of his own personality, a projection of his stunned mind, as we see, for example, in Or doctor and or monster, Another classic from the 19th century.

Why or criou scientist or monster?

One of the two big problems in the invention of the creature is its lack of purpose, which culminates in being deprived of life perspective and purpose.

Após "born", or monster was rejuvenated by his "pai", who had studied for years how to give life to or be just to prove its power and enter the story as a great scientist. He wanted to be recognized as someone who possessed or knew about the mysteries of the creation of life.

His only goal was Prove I could breed something great, revealing a sentiment of pure selfishness and vainness.

Non-cinema adaptations

Foram feitas muitas adaptations of romance, both for theatrical pieces, as well as for cinema and television programs.

The first adapted version was produced in 1910 by Thomas Edison. More to what he consecrated to history not cinema foi or film frankenstein from 1931, directed by James Whale and presented by Boris Karloff in the role of the creature, in a memorable performance.
