Hello, my name is Ana Lucía Jaramillo, I am a psychologist graduated Cum Laude and a systemic psychotherapist trained in the Master's Degree in Clinical and Family Psychology from the Santo Tomás University. I want to welcome you to this space, I will take care of building a safe environment with you, where we will be able to talk about the dilemma that leads you to consult at this time. I have extensive experience in psychotherapeutic and consulting processes from the systemic approach, with an individual, family and couple approach. I am a woman with a high degree of social responsibility, who believes in change and transformation, which is why my purpose is focused in building together with the consultant new realities that favor individual and family well-being, through the implementation of strategies and techniques from the systemic approach, which contribute to the solution of the problem that leads you to consult in this moment. Finally, through psychotherapy I seek to promote people to make their resources visible and build healthy relationships with others and with themselves.

My specialty and skills focus on problems related to low self-esteem, identity construction, anxiety, depression, grieving and separation processes, couple conflicts, among others.

My knowledge of family and psychotherapy allows me to provide a comprehensive approach, using brief therapy as a vehicle to promote processes of change and well-being.
