In psychotherapy sessions I offer time and space, as well as my presence, to meet people who are going through a difficult period in their lives. I understand psychotherapy as the possibility of talking about what is happening to us and finding the necessary company during stages of our lives in which the meaning that until then had been lost is lost. Dyed. For example, during a couple crisis, the beginning of new stages or when we need to find a new way of being in the world.

I arrive at psychotherapy sessions with an interest in the people who attend the consultation.

Most of the people who attend my consultation arrive with symptoms of anxiety or depression. There are usually three types of vital situations under these symptoms: - Situations of loss: either of a loved one or of a way of life. This forces the person to enter into a process of mourning and transformation of what their life is going to be from that moment on. -Situations of frustration: a strong discomfort is felt about what life is like for him at the present time and there is great confusion about where and how to go. -Situations of generalized restlessness: the person cannot identify the aspects that generate the great discomfort that he feels expressed in psychological symptoms. In these situations there is great confusion and a feeling of helplessness due to not being able to identify the origin of the suffering. I am a general health psychologist (member AN10844) and a gestalt therapist. I did my basic training in Gestalt Therapy in Spain and I continue training with Carmen Vázquez Bandín from the Center for Therapy and Psychology of Madrid and with Ruella Frank, director of the Center for Somatic Studies in New York, I am a graduate of the Somatic Psychotherapy approach at the Developing.
