I am a licensed psychologist, I work with adults with problems of anxiety, stress, depression, trauma,... My model is systemic and cognitive-behavioral, although I use different methodologies and approaches depending on the case. My main goal is to minimize the discomfort that always appears in our lives by promoting skills and abilities that each one of us has and giving more resources so that you can manage your conflicts. Each individual session is approximately 60 minutes. On the first date, whether online or in person, we will meet and decide if I can help you. If so, we will start the evaluation and establish the objectives that we are going to work on.

Degree in Psychology, training in Sandbox methodology, projective techniques, Psychological First Aid, Interpersonal Therapy for Depression and Systemic Therapy. Training in Systemic Psychology and use of dolls as a therapeutic tool. Training in intrapsychic field, Internal System model.

I am an empathetic and respectful person, I like to nurture myself from the different ways of understanding Psychology and apply the one that is most convenient to each case.
