General Health Psychologist, Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology and Master's in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology, both completed at the Instituto Superior de Psychological Studies (ISEP) and a Master's Degree in General Health Psychology from the Distance University of Madrid (UDIMA) as well as being passionate about the continuous training to offer the best service I have specialized in Third Generation therapies with a master's degree in EMDR, various Mindfulness and Psychology courses of sport. In all the time that I have dedicated to private clinical practice, I have also worked in different areas such as the Psychiatric Hospital of Ciempozuelos in Madrid carrying out cognitive stimulation programs and social skills, in Grupo Los Nogales carrying out activities of evaluation and cognitive stimulation with elderly patients and finally carrying out training in human resources in Fly Emirates (Dubai).
