PSiCOBAi is a psychology center that aims to help the person who comes to this space to live with greater fullness and well-being in all aspects of their lives. Psychological therapy means being a team that requires the commitment of both the therapist and the patient, being the first guide that seeks to illuminate the person in their potentialities and in their difficulties so that, together, they find solutions. We approach the person thinking of him as a totality of mind, body and emotion, from which a specific and individual therapy is designed, but which encompasses and intervenes in these three planes. Each person is unique and different from the rest, something that works for someone may not be useful for another, that's why the first step is to know who I have in front of me. We specialize in children and adolescents as well as adults. We work with the cognitive behavioral current, which has a great scientific demonstration, as well as a high knowledge in systemic, psychodynamic currents, and third generation therapies.

A question that we frequently hear is whether I should go to the psychologist only when I have a specific problem or if I can also do it to make life a better experience. And the reality is that both options are valid. We can start a therapy to resolve any conflict, discomfort or fear, such as recurrent negative thoughts, discomfort emotional, your relationships are damaged, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, difficulty expressing feelings, among many others.
