Internal coaching: what it is and what benefits it brings to companies

What is internal coaching?
Internal coaching is the form of business coaching in which the figure of the coach works so that the people under his/her support and assistance learn to play coach roles in turn, to apply them without their presence and independently. In this way, the dynamics of coaching are inserted and internalized within the work dynamics of an organization, as an endemic element.
Fundamentally, it is about training professionals from a company to coach their colleagues and collaborate, as agents of change, to promote a positive transformation of the work culture in your organization.
