I am Bernarda, psychotherapist and Mindfulness facilitator, and I accompany people on their path to mental health and well-being. I have lived in 5 different countries, in Asia and Latin America, which has allowed me to train as a therapist in diverse techniques and languages ​​and working with people from a wide spectrum of cultures, histories and Professions. Being a promoter of Mindfulness as an enabler for a more satisfying life, my psychotherapy process is supported by foundations of Mindfulness and Compassion to explore your mental and emotional processes with greater clarity, perspective, and kindness.

Through different therapeutic approaches based on scientific evidence, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR Trauma reprocessing), Mindfulness-based Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy, I can accompany you to promote your well-being from better way.

I have more than 20 years of experience and training, working with people who have suffered trauma or who suffer from anxiety or depression, low self-esteem, problems with emotional regulation and eating, or who have suffered violence, sexual abuse or bad behavior deals, so that they can recover their meaning of life, and reconnect with themselves and with those around them and to recover the joy of live.
