Hello, I am Isabel, a psychologist and psychotherapist for more than 10 years. I am passionate about my profession and I feel very lucky to be able to accompany my patients in their personal development. Throughout life we ​​have moments of difficulty, circumstances or even people that can lead us to feel uncomfortable in our lives, whether they are life crises, bereavements, family conflicts or disorders mental. Any vital process is carried out much better accompanied by a professional, and that is where I come in, being part of it. I do not believe in eternal therapy, I believe that each process has its rhythm and cannot be accelerated, I try to avoid it create dependency, making patients achieve their own goals and become self-sufficient sooner possible.
