Welcome to this space: I am Eva Fernández, a Psychologist with a Master's Degree in General Health Psychology and a Master's Degree specializing in Humanist Therapy. My way of working in psychotherapy is inclusive from the main psychological models based on the Humanist current, doing work therapy emphasizing self-knowledge and emotional management, understanding the root of your difficulties to generate deep changes and durable. We will address your present difficulties by connecting them with your past to go in the direction you want in your future. We will work on your own resources to enhance them and develop new ones so that you can build a fuller life, within the possibilities that you want and can create. From my point of view, it is a priority that the psychotherapy space in my practice is a safe place, listening and understanding, creating a trustworthy therapeutic bond. Applying my theoretical knowledge of the different formations that I have done and integrating various techniques (emotional, physical, cognitive, creative...), adapting them to the needs and rhythms of each person.
Throughout my professional career I have collaborated as a Psychologist-Psychotherapist with different Centers, Associations and Entities. For a few years and currently, I attend and accompany young people, adults, children, adolescents, and their families with various difficulties in my consultation (in person and online).
