Psychologist Dr. Iratxe López Psychology

I am Iratxe López, Clinical Psychologist and PhD in Psychology. I am qualified as a health psychologist specializing in clinical and health psychology. I am the director of Iratxe López Psicología, a welcoming Psychology Center where she works together with six other psychologist colleagues. We have extensive experience in treating behavior problems, grief, trauma, bullying school, violence against women and mood problems (anxiety and depression), among others. The rest of the colleagues at the center are specialized in other fields. In this way, we achieve a high degree of specialization in the center. Each patient is with the psychologist who has the most training and experience in the problem that the patient presents. The main value of the therapies that I and my team provide at the Iratxe López Psychological Center Psychology is the integration of different explanatory models, branches of psychotherapy and techniques. Depending on the needs and expectations of the patient we work in one way or another. In addition, the psychologists at the center are in continuous search for new techniques and training.

In our Center the eight psychologists we work with are specialized in different fields. We work with both children and adolescents, as well as adults. In addition, Leire Aizpuru and Alejandra are our specialist in couples therapy. These are some of the difficulties we work with: anxiety, depression, difficulties in social relationships, eating disorders, behavior problems, obsessive-compulsive disorder, low self-esteem...

Constant training is our best asset. We always try to keep up to date and work with the latest techniques. In addition, we work as a team, which greatly enriches our work.
