I am Nuria, General Health Psychologist, I attend by video call or, if you prefer, in person in consultation. I have created a creative space for you, focused on the psychological and emotional health of young people and adults, and the well-being of families. Throughout my professional career I have specialized in different areas such as grief, emotional management, depression, anxiety, trauma, personal and professional stress, retirement.

My work over all these years has focused on the person, learning individual differences from patients, and promoting their growth and autonomy. I start from the premise that we all have resources that we sometimes forget. Very important resources that we rescue in the consultation, allowing us to order the needs and learn new tools to find balance, which gives us control of our life.
