Psychologist Gustavo Mancillas Serna

Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, addictions, or emotion control issues? If so, you've come to the right place. We will work together to help you with your current problems while improving thinking and behavior. The goal is to help you "reframe" your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to deal with life's obstacles. My approach to working with clients centers on a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, which is based on years of research and empirical evidence. I also integrate mindfulness training into the CBT approach. This involves developing self-compassion, accepting what we can't control, and living in the present moment.
I consider myself a caring and compassionate psychologist, dedicated to the education of the. client and the effective delivery of the treatment or preventive program. I offer a style. patient-centered and practical that emphasizes well-being with autonomy, providing effective treatment and preventive guidance
I have a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Iberoamericana. I studied my Master's in Addiction Treatment and Prevention at the Monte Fénix Center for Higher Studies.
