My name is Irene Zamora through a close, confidential and professional space, she accompanied the people in the process of self-knowledge so that they can live in well-being, acting consistent with their thinking and feel. I firmly believe that the basis of our emotional well-being lies in the relationship we have with our emotions: from how we feel, identify and express them to how we handle them in situations of day to day. I work with different techniques, including Mindfulness, bioenergetics, ACT Therapy and art therapy.
I offer individual therapy and an Intensive Wellness program called Knowing myself through my emotions. Through mindfulness with integrative therapies such as bioenergetics, art-therapy and psychoeducation, we provide each of our participants with tools to enhance their well-being. Working on the identification of emotions and needs, cognitive restructuring, healing of the inner child, vulnerability, values and purpose. The program is taught individually, 10 sessions virtually.
My area of specialty is emotional self-regulation to be able to work on anxiety, sadness, apathy, burnout.
