Psychologists in San Joaquin
Psychologist. TCC Diploma, Panic Disorder Therapy
I am a Clinical Psychologist from the Yacambú University, in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and participant of the Master in Clinical Psychology of the Spanish Health Psychology Association. I have courses and diplomas in treatments for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and brief psychotherapy techniques for panic disorder. I specialize in psychological care and support for young people and adults, working under cognitive behavioral therapy. Under this perspective, I carry out therapy that seeks to attend, mitigate and control anxious and depressive symptoms and low self-esteem. I firmly believe in digital and technological tools for good therapy. That is why I insist that "good mental health" should no longer be postponed, because just like the internet, psychological care is now just a click away and accessible.
