In this beautiful adventure of psychology I have tried to acquire new tools and therapeutic techniques in order to facilitate the process of self-knowledge, this is how I discovered and became fascinated with Ericksonian Clinical Hypnosis, this tool manages to obtain a pleasant state of well-being and relaxation which enhances active thinking, favoring the connection with oneself and access to resources and unconscious abilities that each of we own. The invitation is to be able to live this experience of connection with ourselves and improve our quality of life.
