I work with Adults, Older Adults, Adolescents and Children. My work with adults consists of understanding each patient and her internal world through self-knowledge and analysis, which allows them to work on the different problems they face, to elaborate and/or solve them from the root, thus achieving emotional well-being and physical. I generally work with issues such as: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, couples therapy, divorce, interpersonal relationships, sexual abuse, psychosomatics, sleep disorders, as well as work with older adults for the treatment of Alzheimer's and deterioration cognitive. My work with Adolescents and Children consists of evaluating, interpreting and intervening in: developmental disorders, ADHD, Problems of learning, self-esteem, language problems, aggressiveness, bullying, family dynamics and guidance for parents in parenting styles and development. The evaluation consists of the application of neuropsychological and projective batteries, which provide information for the appropriate course of treatment for each patient. My work is face-to-face, south of Mexico City and online via Zoom.
