Saci Pererê: the legend and its representation in Brazilian culture

The saci became so relevant in the folk culture of Brazil that in 2005 it was created on Dia do Saci in the state of São Paulo. To date, he is also commemorated in the capital of Espírito Santo and in some cities of Minera and Ceará.
