To begin with, let's define the word "holistic": this refers to the whole, to an integral and complete look. This is why holistic therapy contemplates the whole as a truth. And what is the whole? It is the Integration of the body, mind and soul.

Understanding holistic therapy and its characteristics
Holistic therapy is a form of accompaniment that focuses on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of the individual. In it, the individual is understood as a whole, considering all the factors that affect the health and well-being of the person, such as their environment, their lifestyle, their relationships, their thoughts, their emotions, their diet, among others.
When to start a holistic therapy process? At any time, whether motivated by a physical illness (of the body), a mental or emotional illness and/or a spiritual search (of the soul). As it is an integrative therapy, it understands that all the information that accompanies reality and the perceptions of the being, are part of its history, of its choices, and, therefore, of its state of health.
Holistic therapy integrates different opening techniques; the word is and will be a driving axis to take the person to their highest state of consciousnessAlthough we also use guided visualization, meditative therapy, and art therapy, among others, to generate movements that invite change and the restructuring of the dual mind.
Through holistic accompaniment we find the possibility of re-structure the mental script; In this way we are changing the perceptions that are anchored to the good or bad idea that I have of a certain situation. What then happens when you stop judging and stop assuming that things are good or bad and just understand and observe things as they are? You stop perpetuating suffering.
Learning to practice acceptance facilitates the processes of understanding, since the signals are not activated reactions of our body that our nervous system sends when there is no value judgment of half.

What is the invitation of holistic therapy?
The invitation is care, care of the body, mind and soul. The body is a sacred temple that honors our processes of development, evolution and expansion on earth. Being aware of food, hydration, the sun we receive, movement, are some of the bases for the body to come into harmony.
Rest and good sleep They are key to the processes of learning, memory and cell regeneration. Listening to the body through meditation techniques is a very good way to connect with our quantum field, practice Yoga and exercise regularly, being more and more aware of what we consume, of the food that is the strength and vitality for our cells are some of the invitations.
Taking care of the mind implies take care of our thoughts, the information we consume, the reality we create; taking care of our mind implies having the ability to go into silence and observe our states. The mind is in charge of sending electromagnetic signals to our body, it is the one who gives the order of how to direct and react. Thoughts are the basis of what we project of ourselves, reviewing and understanding where those thoughts come from allows us to create our reality.

The keys to psychological self-care
To take care of our thoughts, we must be aware of them and how they impact emotions and, above all, our choices and actions. Practicing introspection allows us to identify thought patterns, belief systems, ideas about ourselves ourselves and the world, and opening ourselves to the possibility of creating new ideas and thoughts is one of the paths of greater transformation.
Breathe, meditate, relax, let go, observe and accept to help calm the mind and be in the present, to honor that present moment. One of the ways that your mind is more elevated and manages to enter into high vibration energy flows is when you practice gratitude.
The best way to practice gratitude is to choose a space for reflection and thank you for you, for your body, for your well-being, and for all the things that are important to you, remembering the value of the essentials. This can be as simple as taking a few minutes each morning to think about all the good things you have in your life, or it can be something higher like writing a gratitude journal.
Another way to practice gratitude is by doing things to help others., either by donating some of your time or resources.
Take some time and discipline to enter into the logic of care, get out of the axis of distraction and banality, but when you feel and learn to enter understanding, gratitude and expansion, there is no longer a path distinct.
