Antes Tú is a project that was born to give you a safe space, where to generate psychological and emotional well-being in an inclusive way. We understand psychology from an integrating framework, scientifically endorsed. This implies an individualized and creative therapeutic process, adapting and attending to what you need, from an approach focused on your history and your wounds. Our way of working is focused on understanding what is happening to you and why, in order to produce the necessary changes that interfere with your day to day. In this way, also processing on an emotional level, we make it easier for us to understand on a cognitive level what we work on in therapy, internalizing it and feeling accordingly. The past does not define the person, so it is important to be able to repair your wounds, understand who you are today and where you come from, in order to be well in the here and now. Antes Tú Psicología has been founded by a team of six psychologists with the same focus and work methodology, in order to respond to a therapeutic demand. We seek to provide an accessible and close psychology, wherever you are, with guarantees of being able to work on what you need in a unique and comprehensive way.
