PhD in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid, director of DE SALUD PSCÓLOGOS, licensed clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, researcher, trainer and coach in companies and organizations. Trained in psychoanalysis, humanistic therapy, group therapy, Gestalt therapy, psychodrama, sexual therapy, couples therapy and brief psychotherapy.

Expert in therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Focusing, EFT, Brain Integration Techniques and method SHEC, Classical Hypnosis, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Life Cycle Integration (ICV) and Sensorimotor Techniques, among others.

He leads a research project in the field of technological addictions from which several international scientific publications have been derived. In his career, and in the last eleven years, he has passed through the Complutense University of Madrid and other universities as a teaching professor.
