I am interested in the processes of behavioral change through which a person can achieve her objectives, transiting, accepting and modifying her cognitive and emotional patterns. I address specific pathologies such as anxiety and mood disorders, as well as life crises and personal growth processes.

I have been a clinical psychologist for 19 years, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy and anxiety disorders. Today I have many Spanish-speaking patients around the world who can do therapy in their language and with shared cultural aspects with their therapist.
