I am a psychologist, passionate about what I do, with a high commitment and responsibility in accompanying therapeutic processes. I am a specialist in the psychology of physical activity and sport and from this specialty I have been able to develop a comprehensive model where I address all spheres of the human being (mind, body, emotion, spirit and social environment, taking into account that we are also determined by the relationships we form), in this way I focus on well-being as that search for the balance of the different areas. I have experience with high performance athletes, which has allowed me to see the human being as being full of potential and possibilities. This is how this experience has also determined my intervention style and techniques. I consider that the psychological accompaniment space is mainly a continuous and dynamic process of Self-awareness and double learning to potentiate mental, emotional, physical and social resources to live better.

I am a very empathic, energetic, dynamic, creative person with great adaptability, these are aspects that have been potentiated through years of experience and work in the sports field and the welfare. I have worked mainly in the sports area with the different actors involved in sports: athletes, parents, coaches, interdisciplinary team and managers. What has made me develop various skills for working mainly with adults and adolescents both individually and in groups.

I am a specialist in the psychology of physical activity and sport, with studies in coaching and NLP And everything related to well-being, from a glance holistic with great capacity to accompany processes in a comprehensive manner both with athletes and with people who have not had any kind of approach to this field.
