I am Julieta, I am 40 years old, and I graduated almost 20 years ago from the National University of Rosario. I worked in Personnel Selection and development areas in large companies, recently I decided to embark on a new path and dedicate myself to Executive Coaching, I think it is an excellent tool to collaborate with those who face challenges professionals.

I have worked for many years in the business field, in the Human Resources Soft sector, dealing with professional development problems within a company. The focus of my work as a psychologist is the workplace. I specialize in Executive Coaching, accompanying people to enhance their professional performance, collaborating in the design of goals and resolution of personal conflicts with bosses and reports, through communication techniques and leadership. I do psychotechnics and work in Labor Guidance.
