Very often we act from our small vision without being aware of the complex system in which we find ourselves. This leads us to situations getting worse or not improving, to a great waste of energy that weakens us and to having feelings of frustration or failure. Imagine now that you could carry “special glasses” in your pocket, systemic gaze glasses. If you put these glasses on in the same situation that you thought about before, they would provide you with information that with the naked eye we cannot see but they explain the reason for people's reactions (action or omission). My vocation and my passion is to accompany people on their path of professional growth. I am a businessman and entrepreneur. But I am also a husband, father, and son and I work to respect my essence every day. To practice as a systemic coach, I have trained in structural, vocational, organizational and family constellations, as well as MBSR Mindfulness. My professional career has passed and continues in the world of development and training where I have had the pleasure of working for large organizations, as well as for SMEs and start-ups. I have held different positions: starting from the base, middle management and, later, at the level of directors and steering committees. In 2011 I started my own business path, founding the company Knowledge Experience and participating in different entrepreneurial initiatives. On this journey I have met great people for whom I am deeply grateful. Every process is unique and I appreciate each session in which I have the enormous privilege of accompanying to discover.
