My passion for the human psyche is wonderful and with each BEING that gives me the opportunity to guide you based on self-knowledge, self-recognition and/or self-love to have a good emotional control, without forgetting our roots and origin, having a clear meaning and life project, in my consultation I guide you to achieve all of the above from a cognitive approach behavioral. Which is key and definitive to have a much more bearable and productive day to day. Although also based on the problem I suggest working from a psychoanalytic approach.

Experience of 18 years of private consultation and especially I have strengthened myself in the treatment and management of anxiety, stress, family problems, relationship problems and history labor. I disagree with the above, I start with an emotional scan, which is what I call aptitudes and self-awareness, since it is the basis of all our problems, helper to make your own discovery and to guide you for your well-being emotional.

My greatest strength as a therapist is making them a tailored emotional suit, guiding each of my clients in the analysis from the origin of the personality and recognition of each of their strengths and weaknesses in record time, only with the conditional commitment in time and form of both parts.
