As a businesswoman by training, I decided to change my career when I overcame gender violence in extremis. Then I trained as an expert in personal, executive and emotional intelligence coaching, gender violence and educating in NO violence, Trainer in generative coaching and NLP and the only representative in Spain of the perception tool demo-optica® Hello, my name is Maria del Mar, I accompany people in processes of change, self-knowledge and personal construction, management of emotions (anxiety, stress, discouragement, fears, insecurities, anger management, behavioral problems) transformation and overcoming violence (bullying, psychological, emotional, physical, abuse,...) and improvement of self-esteem. I accompany you to achieve your goals, facilitating a space for learning, awareness, elimination of blockages and insecurities and developing a personalized action plan, also with professional development (productivity, assertive communication and leadership). My goal: You learn to better manage your limitations, strengthen yourself, lead yourself to be the best version of yourself and if you want, I will be happy to accompany you in the process.
