What is Strategic Life Coaching and how is it different from other forms of coaching?

Strategic Life Coaching includes the most practical and effective forms of strategic action and communication from various disciplines: Humanistic Psychology, Strategic Family Therapy, Psychology of Human Needs, Organizational Psychology, Ericksonian Therapy, Neurolinguistics, Diplomacy, and tactics of negotiation.

Thus, Strategic Life coaching understands that when a client discovers her deepest needs and satisfies, is strengthened to align his actions with his desires, to express himself, and to materialize his goals. As a client, as you feel more fulfilled, your needs rise, being able not only observing and acting positively about yourself and your life but also being a positive actor in your around. Strategic life coaching is differentiated from other types of coaching by its focus on concrete strategies, solutions rapid, detection and intervention in limiting behavior patterns, and focus on measurable results, among others aspects.

In what type of life crises is Strategic Life Coaching usually applied? Is one of them stagnation and lack of motivation to tackle exciting projects?

Yes, totally. Any life crisis can be worked on from this approach, whether it is stagnation, fear of rejection or of shining, fear of not being what enough, anxiety about changes of all kinds, personal, academic, or work insecurity (imposter syndrome, among others), lack of motivation, lack of self-love, personal frustrations, stress, problems in communication and expressing who you really are and what you know wish, come down resilience, and more.

What are the most common reasons why people feel "stuck" or stuck in life, in your experience?

The most common reasons why people feel blocked are: lack of faith in themselves, fear of failing or what people will say if they “fail”, perfectionism and the need to having everything under control, lack of clarity in goals and values, and disconnection with their passions or interests due to being more attentive to the outside world than to their inner universe.

And what is Transpersonal psychology?

Transpersonal Psychology focuses on promoting well-being and personal growth seeking the self-realization of the person and the development of a deeper sense of self through the connection with the wisest and most lucid Self of each client/patient. Transpersonal Psychology promotes the manifestation of human potential by facilitating the growth, change and transformation of each person. It effectively helps to unblock the individual and whatever is impeding her sense of personal fulfillment.

Transpersonal Psychology takes inspiration from Eastern spiritual traditions that have long emphasized the importance of introspection and the expansion of consciousness. Integrate practices such as meditation and Mindfulness, with Western psychological approaches that promote satisfaction with one's life and personal evolution in a holistic way, that is, the interconnection between mind, body and spirit. This mix of cultural and philosophical influences makes it unique in contemporary psychology.

How can Transpersonal Psychology and Life and Strategic Coaching be combined to help clients unblock stuck situations?

Transpersonal Psychology provides depth in the analysis of the client's vital moment, providing support for self-reflection and self-understanding. Strategic Life Coaching, in turn, provides the tools and practical guidance to help clients unblock themselves in situations of stagnation, or suffering in general. This holistic combination is very effective in promoting personal growth and transformation.

In a typical session with me, Transpersonal Psychology delves into the client's situation, exploring the root cause of her emotional blocks. We carry out an investigation of deep-rooted beliefs and patterns to help the client identify everything that limits them. Strategic Coaching in turn takes this detailed assessment by helping the client establish clear goals and develop a specific action plan to achieve those goals.

Both approaches can collaborate in a continuous process of monitoring and adapting as the client progresses toward their goals and overcomes their blocks.

What are the most satisfactory aspects of this process of supporting people?

For me, being of service to others with this work methodology is satisfactory because I see the favorable and often radical transformations that my clients experience with this job. From helping my clients observe themselves, improve themselves, and have greater self-awareness to seeing them gain confidence and skills to achieve your goals, or even find your purpose in life, everything is highly rewarding for me soul.
