Queen Letizia's shoes have not gone unnoticed due to their ‘punk’ aesthetic
Queen Letizia has once again been the center of attention of the official act that she attended today, Wednesday, January 17, together with King Felipe VI. The kings of Spain have presided over the opening of the International Tourism Fair in Madrid, called Fitur, but Letizia has taken all the leading role, or rather, have been his shoes.
The queen has once again flaunted her signature style and she has appeared with some unconventional lounges and away from the protocol of the Royal House. Trusting two of her leading firms, Letizia has dressed a set consisting of a two-tone black and beige jacket, black pants and a white premiere shirt with black trims. all of them signed by Hugo Boss.
However, this has not been the highlight, but the footwear. And it is that to complete this classic and sober style, Letizia has decided to wear some very ‘punk’ shoes, black and with studs and spikes. A very groundbreaking aesthetic that has caused a sensation and has left more than one speechless.
Her 'punk' shoes are a clone
These spiked and studded shoes belong to the last Inditex Uterqüe signature collection, and they were priced at 99 euros. The queen is one of the few that has been made with these shoes, as currently on the firm's website they are completely exhausted.
Perhaps the success of these queen's 'punk' shoes is not due so much to the fact that she chose them but to the fact that they were designed from Uterqüe inspired by an original model from the well-known luxury brand Gucci.
Gucci also designed black shoes with a medium heel and toe with studs and spikes on the toe. It seems that this is where the idea of the Uterqüe shoes worn by the queen came from, although at a much more affordable price than the luxury version, they cost about 980 euros.
Criticized in the networks
Queen Letizia has taken the limelight for the choice of her footwear, and although this design has been sold out and it is a great sales success, it seems that some users on social networks have not finished convincing, because They have criticized the Uterqüe design worn by the queen with expressions like: "It is rare to see a queen with a rocker style" or "Such sassy shoes should not be combined with such a classic 'look'.
