Psychologists in A Laracha
Health Psychologist
I work in a health center within a psychology and psychiatry team. In my daily practice I work doing psychotherapy with adults, children and adolescents, mainly. Another work focus that I dedicate myself to is the field of Neurofeedback and Biofeedback, our center has a Neurotherapies area where we carry out brain mapping and personalized treatments with these techniques, which can be complemented in many cases with psychotherapy more traditional. I work from the cognitive-behavioral orientation and EMDR and addiction-focused therapy in adults; the most frequent pathologies in my practice are: anxiety disorders, mood disorders mood, dissociation and trauma, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, addictions and disorders of personality. The work in the child-adolescent population is carried out mainly using behavioral techniques, EMDR, projective techniques, sandbox and play therapy; the management and accompaniment with families seems fundamental to me. My approach to work focuses on the cognitive-behavioral therapy and EMDR approach.
