Phoenix Bird Psychology and Transformation

We are Eva Gallego and Paloma Pallarés, health psychologists with experience in psychosocial support. We call ourselves Ave Fénix because we believe that in every crisis there is an opportunity for growth and transformation. We offer a flexible therapeutic space adapted to the reality we live in. We offer individual therapy, couples and also group spaces. We provide services in face-to-face format (Madrid) and also online (throughout the territory). We work from an integrative perspective and incorporate a gender and cross-cultural approach, being used to working with human diversity in all its dimensions. In short, we have a humanistic and cognitive-behavioral approach and we accompany processes of change and personal growth. Why is "us" plural? As therapists we work individually, but we believe in teamwork, because we come from working in interdisciplinary spaces in different sectors and we believe that this adds up. We are close, professional, in constant training and with a background that makes us believe that our accompaniment will help you heal, grow and get to know you. Our work will spread your wings.

We are health psychologists, we met in the NGO sector and working with people in situations of extreme vulnerability. Specialized in different fields: Mental health, crisis intervention, work with victims of violence, clinical and health psychology, accompaniment in any type of grief and techniques group.
