Master in General Health Psychology from the International University of La Rioja and member of the Official College of Psychologists of Madrid, I am expanding my training continuously in the area through various courses and postgraduate courses, working on the needs of the applicant from a cognitive-behavioral, evolutionary and humanistic approach in disorders mood, anxiety, depression, gambling disorder (IGD), substance abuse, addiction to New Technologies, conflict mediation, intervention with adolescents, management emotional, existential crisis, social isolation, phobias, gender identity, school failure, bullying, academic counseling, couple therapy, gender violence, burnout, coaching and high performance. I consider myself a close, responsible, empathetic, dynamic, honest person and totally committed to the health and well-being of the patient.

I am a specialist in video game addiction, ICTs, high performance in eSports and personal coaching. I carry out interventions in depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, attention and memory, school problems, orientation academic / work, substance addictions, interpersonal relationships, healthy habits, and life coaching between others. I provide assistance in face-to-face and online modalities.
