Making changes in our life is essential in the personal search that we all do. Psychotherapy may not be necessary most of the time, but there are others in which we become paralyzed or stuck. In this way, professional help can be that little lever that helps you move the big slab that traps you. Knowing yourself and accepting yourself is part of the way to be better. Psychotherapy is a form of collaboration where dialogue, in addition to trust and support, is the path to be able to identify what is happening, what sense does it make and what are the steps for change. In addition, I believe that true changes have to start with oneself and my idea is to be able to accompany you so that you can make those decisions in your life that can lead you to be better with what you think and with what you do.

I dedicated 10 years after finishing my degree to help the most abused children, collaborating in different programs at the Virgen de la Arrixaca Hospital of Murcia and in a mental health NGO, until the economic crisis of 2009 and a moment of work stoppage led me to resume my relationship with the Bellas Arts. At the same time, I decided to start training in Family Systemic Psychology, two events that changed my life and that mark who I am today. At present I am part of the clinical team of the Family Therapy Center of Murcia and I attend in a private way.

My method is the word and my focus is Family Systemic Psychology. He considers that what happens to us has to do with relationships, with oneself, with those around us and with our environment. For this reason, systemic psychotherapy is a branch of psychology that does not treat the individual in isolation. rather, it takes it into account together with the systems in which we participate (family, work, friends, society, etc.). Certainly, if you allow me to accompany you in the search, we will take into account all these factors, whether in individual, couple or family psychotherapy. Let's talk.
