I have a degree in Psychology since 1998, currently I combine my practice with work at the Cofrentes Spa. In this, my work consists of conducting preventive neuropsychological assessment, psychological counseling and psychotherapy. Classes on sleep, relaxation, rest, emotional health and cognitive health and others on health and longevity within the area of ​​psychology.

My main skills are listening, empathy, integrity, therapeutic creativity and problem solving. I offer help in changing attitudes, behaviors, and problem solving. As specialties I stand out in trauma, insomnia, self-esteem, pain and problem solving.
