I graduated in 1999 and since then I have expanded my training and my experience in multiple areas of psychology. I have developed my own programs to improve relations between parents and conflictive children, and my facility to connect with the adolescent makes the changes in many cases surprising. I combine my basic training in Cognitive-Behavioral with Gestalt Therapy, which makes my way of working a very dynamic, which not only achieves results, but in many cases is fun, because coming to therapy does not have to be bored. In recent years I have created very effective techniques to work with anxiety and depression and have launched in several hospitals in southern Sweden where I have been working during 2015 and 2018. Many times I have heard my patients say that they do not need more theories, so my approach is practical and direct and focused on achieving achievement. In addition to the advances that my patients usually experience from the first session, what encourages me the most is hearing them say how happy they feel and how much they improve in such a short time.
