My specialty is the cognitive behavioral approach, the same in which the emotions, interpretations, and behaviors of the person are worked, identifying dysfunctional or maladaptive patterns, and developing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral change by learning new strategies.

For me it is very important that each patient can feel confident, that the therapy space is her safe place, a place free of judgments, where they feel heard and understood, I strive so that each patient feels the freedom to vent, open up to change, to understand and analyze their problems together, find solutions, learn new strategies and achieve their objectives.
