Amaia Amalur Ruiz Las Heras

I am a Health Psychologist (BI- 04376). Currently, I work at Aldama Psychologists (Health Center located in Bilbao). I began my professional career in 2013, as a collaborating psychologist in the clinic of Clinical Psychologist Miguel Ángel Ruiz Aldama. In 2019, together we formed Aldama Psychologists. Throughout these 7 years, I have carried out my work as a health psychologist with both the adult population and the child-adolescent population. I have carried out psychotherapeutic treatment for different mental health problems and those of managing daily life: Anxiety disorders, Depressive disorders, stressful life situations, behavior problems, Sleep disorders, Eating disorders, among others. I have developed in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder, in the APNABI association; Intellectual Disability, in the Uribe Costa Association; and in special educational needs, at Colegio Alazne Ikastetxea. I have collaborated as a volunteer with the Red Cross at the Hospital de Cruces, accompanying hospitalized children.

Clinical specialty itinerary. - Own Master's Degree in Updating in Psychological Intervention and Mental Health from the Madrid Distance University (UDIMA). -Expert in Eating Behavior Disorders by the Spanish Society of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy. -Currently, studying the Master's Degree in Primary Education (Therapeutic Pedagogy Mention) at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR)
