To the extent that we are able to address presumed impossibilities and transform them into great certainties, we can enjoy a fulfilling emotional life. The resource of imagination is a valuable tool that places us in a pleasant and desired place that strengthens our sensitivity and hope. Starting a psychotherapeutic process with me means working under a brief treatment approach, which allows obtaining positive results in a reduced number of sessions, it is an evidence-based model, which accounts for the effectiveness of the transformation processes and change. Consultations build on conversations to create possibilities for the future based on past successes and present resources.

I am Edilia Rinaldy, Clinical Psychologist Specialist in mental health, Psychotherapist from the approach Constructivist, with training in Brief Therapy Focused on Solutions, Strategic Systemic Therapy and Therapy Cognitive Behavioral. I help people discover that the problem is not a constant in our lives, there is always an exception that must be discovered, I propose to generate changes from small actions, without giving up its essence, with the aim of becoming true experts of its own life.

My work is focused on fully trusting that people have the resources to get ahead. Talking about problems creates problems, while talking about solutions creates solutions. My goal is to help you express your best personal vision by generating solutions, beyond the problem itself. My interest in therapy is based on a non-moral pragmatic assessment, with a humane and respectful treatment.
